Because our work involves personalized strategies and creative output, refunds are generally not provided once a project has started or deliverables have been approved.

2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel before project initiation, a full refund may be issued.
  • If work has started, partial refunds may be offered based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services without prior communication or valid reason, a full refund will be issued.
